The WT1500 brings Yokogawa’s reference-class power measurement performance to automated test systems. Designed specifically for production ATE and rack-integrated test environments, it combines laboratory-class accuracy with a compact 2U chassis, flexible multi-channel expansion, and production-ready interfaces for today’s electrification applications.
