TMS Test Services, located in Phoenix Arizona, is a training and Test Facility for Semiconductor Engineers. The facility has analytical probing systems to validate silicon components and wafers over voltage and temperature. They offer hand-on training in RF/DC testing with the ability to train engineers and technicians on how to probe and test their parts. In addition, TMS Test Services has Probe systems for rent at our location or in your lab.
